The New ILM Standards (introduced in September 2007) means that this programme originally known as either an Introductory Award or a Full Award is now broken into
1) ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading
2) ILM Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading

Distance flexi study or attendance based.

SUGGESTED COMPLETION PERIOD
One Year (There is no minimum or maximum time limit set unless you are receiving funding)

One mandatory unit with a 1 credit value
Optional units to a total minimum credit level of 2

TOTAL CREDIT VALUE
3 Credits

- Reflective Reviews, or Short Answer Questions
