AIMS
This course aims to allow you to understand and apply key principles of equal opportunities in the workplace.
OBJECTIVES
By the end of the course learners will return to the workplace better able to:
• Understand the importance and need for equal opportunities in the workplace
• Understand the key aspects of equal opportunities with regards to race, religion, bullying, harassment etc.
• Be able to apply and monitor key principles of equal opportunities in the workplace
• Appreciate a diverse workforce and its advantages
• Deal with diversity in the workplace in a positive way
• Apply personal workplace improvement action plans

No minimum or maximum time limit set
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS :
There are no formal requirements to gain entry into this course! It is open to anyone and everyone!
ASSESSMENT METHOD :
The course will consist of a number of unit of study and an assessment will follow at the end of each unit comprising of short answer questions, quizzes or simple short essays.
UPON COMPLETION :
Successful candidates will be awarded the Dunelm Associates Ltd Certificate in Equality & Diversity
