This course will review the increasingly important process of bringing about effective change. In doing so, allow delegates to explore the key features, tools and techniques of effective change.
OBJECTIVES:
By the end of this course, you will return to the workplace better able to:
• Recognise why effective change is necessary
• Plan and carry out effective change
• Employ a range of tools and techniques to afford the above
• Recognise the effects change has on individuals and apply appropriate strategies to overcome same
• Demonstrate effective change agent competencies
• Understand the need for effective communication, leadership, motivation
• Apply personal workplace improvement action plans

ASSESSMENT METHOD :
The course will comprise of a few units and an assessment will follow at the end of each one comprising of short answer questions, quizzes or simple short essays.
UPON COMPLETION :
Successful candidates will be awarded the Dunelm Associates Certificate in Change Management
