AIMS:
This course aims to allow delegates to explore the key principles of marketing. And in doing so, apply an appropriate range of tools, techniques back in the workplace to afford effective marketing of key products / services.
OBJECTIVES:
At the end of this course you will return to the workplace better able to:
• Understand what is meant by the market and marketing
• Understand how important the above is in to day's business environment
• Understand the marketing mix
• Understand how resources can be used to achieve the above and satisfy customer needs
• Adopt a marketing approach and apply it to everyday activities

• Apply personal workplace improvement action plans

ASSESSMENT METHOD :
The course will comprise of a few units and an assessment will follow at the end of each one comprising of short answer questions, quizzes or simple short essays.
UPON COMPLETION :
Successful candidates will be awarded the Dunelm Associates Certificate in Marketing
