Terms applying to all of our client agreements

1) Responsibility for Course Materials
We confirm that the course materials will meet the satisfactory level of quality for each qualification. However we cannot guarantee that they will be error free.

Candidates will be responsible for inspecting course material as soon as is reasonably possible following delivery, and should inform us of any oversights immediately.

Any leave of absence or breaks from any programme should be brought to our attention in advance through formal correspondence. Should candidates fail to notify us, continuation of the course will be at our discretion.

2) Transferring Course
Any requests to transfer a course from one individual to another will be left solely to our discretion and any such request must be submitted to us in writing.

The same applies to an individual wanting to change a course they have already enrolled on. Should we agree to the transfer, any payments made towards the course will also be transferred. However, should the new course be worth more, the balance should be paid in full along with the return of previous course materials in good condition. Please be advised that the responsibility of any awarding body registration already made for the previously enrolled programme (initially included in the course fee) will fall on the individual and reimbursemnet of that fee will be sought by Dunelm Associates Ltd.

3) Waiver
None of the conditions or provisions of this agreement shall be held to have been waived by either party, except by formal documentation signed and authorised by an officer or representative of each party.

4) Payment
All outstanding payment to us must be made before we will issue any certification upon completion of your programme.
We reserve the right to refuse enrolment on any of the courses we offer.

If you choose to pay for your chosen programme by instalments, you will be expected to honour your payments according to formally agreed time scales irrespective of the length of time you choose to complete your programme.

5) Cancellation
According to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, there will be a 7 working day cooling off period from receipt of goods. This period allows an unconditional right to cancel. You will be required to make such a request in writing to us at the address given above and at your cost return any received materials in a satisfactory condition.

6) Other Terms
If at our discretion we should afford you any relaxation of these terms, it will not in any way affect our right under these terms and conditions.

This Agreement shall be interpreted in all respects in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

7) Data Protection
We will not disclose your details to any person/party, unless you have given us permission to. All personal information is confidential.
